Court to hear Guantanamo prisoners appeals (Reuters)

Reuters - The Supreme Court said on Friday it
would hear appeals by Guantanamo prisoners on their right to
challenge their indefinite confinement, a test of President
George W. Bush's powers in the war on terrorism.
