Taiwan digital camera maker Altek sees handsome profits in 3Q (Digi Times)

Altek, a Taiwan-based ODM/OEM maker of digital cameras, had net profits of NT$767 million for the third quarter of 2008, representing an increase of 105.8% on quarter and by 51.9% on year, according to the company.
