SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) — GE Consumer Finance, a unit of General Electric Co. , said Tuesday it will team up with eBay Inc. and its PayPal Inc. unit to launch the new PayPal Plus credit card. The card will feature a rewards program for PayPal users.
