Satellite companies DISH, EchoStar sue TiVo (Reuters)
Reuters - DISH Network Corp and EchoStar Corp
said on Friday they had filed a lawsuit against TiVo Inc and
asked a Delaware court to find that their new DVR software does
not infringe a TiVo patent.
