LG launches 3G upgrade to Shine phone (Computer Active)

LG has launched a 3G version of its Shine phone. The U970 has 3G and HSPDA capabilities including a high-speed internet transfer speed of 3.6 Mbytes/sec and a download rate of 3MB.
