Port Clinton police arrest ‘cell-phone camera’ suspect (The Toledo Blade)

Port Clinton police arrested a Port Clinton man today on charges he put his cell-phone camera under the skirt of a 12-year-old girl at a store in the Woodville Mall. Richard Cantu, 51, 430 East Second St., was charged wtih illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.
