Northwood Police Arrest Cell Phone Camera Voyeur (WTOL News 11)

NORTHWOOD — Northwood Police say they have arrested a cell phone voyeur. The department says officers have charged Richard Cantu of Port Clinton with one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, which is a felony of the second degree.
