The Energy, Water and Communications Ministry needs to first study the rampancy of lost cell phones before considering (Malay Mail)

“We have to study the situation first,” said its Minister, Datuk Seri Dr Lim Keng Yaik. It was reported early this month that Sasibai Kimis, a development aid worker from Ghana lost a new cell phone while carrying out a transaction at a Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) branch in Ampang.
